문제The problem
학생마다 이용 시간이 다르고 바우처 인정시간을 채웠는지 일일이 계산해야 해서, 매달 계획과 실적을 엑셀로 정리하는 데 일주일 가까이 걸렸습니다. 자료가 파일마다 흩어져 있어 찾는 것도 일이었습니다.Every student had different hours, and staff had to hand-check whether each met the required voucher hours. Compiling plans and records in Excel took close to a week each month, with data scattered across files.
해결What we built
선생님이 담당 학생의 한 달 이용 계획을 화면이나 엑셀 양식으로 입력하면, 프로그램이 바우처 인정시간을 자동 계산해 학생별 달성률로 보여줍니다. 원장님은 전자바우처 결제내역을 올리기만 하면 실적이 선생님·학생별로 정리됩니다.Teachers enter each student's monthly plan on screen or via an Excel form, and the program calculates voucher hours and shows each student's progress. The director uploads the e-voucher payment file, and records sort themselves by teacher and student.

만들 기능의 범위에 따라 다릅니다. 상담에서 필요한 것을 정리한 뒤 고정 금액 견적을 드리고, 합의한 범위 안에서는 진행 중에 금액이 늘지 않습니다.It depends on the scope. After the first call we send a fixed-price quote, and within the agreed scope the price never grows mid-project.
기간은 얼마나 걸리나요?How long does it take?

완성 후에 문제가 생기면요?What if something breaks later?
전달 후 3개월 안에 생기는 문제는 무상으로 고칩니다. 이후에는 필요할 때만 건별로 맡기시면 됩니다. 소스코드가 고객 소유라서 다른 개발자에게 맡기셔도 됩니다.Anything that breaks within three months of delivery is fixed free. After that you pay per request, only when you need us. And since you own the source code, any developer can service it.

상담 단계부터 비밀유지 계약을 맺습니다. 작업 중 받은 자료는 프로젝트가 끝나면 반환하거나 파기하고, 완성된 프로그램과 데이터는 전부 고객 소유입니다.We sign an NDA before anything else. Materials you share are returned or destroyed at project end, and the finished program and its data belong entirely to you.
